Specialized Care:
P magnificus prefer an 80/20 to 70/30 dry to wet area. They require good ventilation. Like other large Porcellio species, a protein source is a must. Females seem to prefer to drop their mancae on pieces of rotten wood.

This species is slow to mature and breed..
